La Isla proudly sponsors...
What is the talent you are being sponsored for?
How long have you being doing it for? How did you get started?
I have been surfing for 10 amazing years.
My aunt introduced me to surfing when I was 10 years old and I have been hooked ever since.
I was born in Incline, Nevada and grew up in Alamo, CA. I was raised in the suburbs of the east bay but my heart has always been with the ocean. I like getting away from the busy lifestyle of the east bay by surfing and staying with my aunt in Santa Cruz, CA. I love to surf, skate, sing and play guitar. I used to play NCAA DI soccer but dropped it once I realized that surfing was what I truly loved.
Whenever I am in the water, all my stress and worries fade away. Being able to ride along its waves is truly a magical experience.
When I am not surfing I am . . .
When I am not surfing, I am cuddling with my dog Shasta.

The last article that I read was with my friend Chloe and it was published in “Surfer’s Journal” (http://www.surfersjournal.com/).
Is there anything you would like the world to know about you?
I am truly blessed for having such wonderful people in my life.
What are the three most important things to you in your life?
My loved ones, the ocean and my guitar
Name three people you admire the most and why?
Two people that I admire are my brothers, Nick and Chris. Growing up as a kid, I always tagged along with them whether it was dirt track bmx biking or playing the guitar. They created my athleticism and taught me many valuable life lessons, and for that I give them my deepest gratitude. I also admire Donavon Frankenreiter (http://www.donavonf.com/). He is an incredible surfer and a very talented musician. He sings from his heart and surfs with grace. He is currently sponsored by Billabong and Jeff ‘Doc’ Lausch (Surf Prescriptions – www.surfprescriptions.com).
